Today’s Catch is CAKE. But not just any cake but, Red Velvet Cake. I’ve had a few of these cakes some good and some not. The trick with this cake is the frosting. The cream cheese frosting is the one that makes it better or worse. I had a really good piece of Red velvet cake from Magnolia Bakery NYC. Magnolia always has lines outside the door so be prepared to wait.
Maybe I’ll try to make Red Velvet Cake for Valentine’s Day.
